Does anybody know what this crab is called or have any information that could help me??

These picture are not brilliant, as I've only captured the crab on video and had to take a picture off the TV. The crabs body is about an inch wide and I believe it has ten legs. I've been told it might be called a Teddy Bear Crab. But can anybody confirm this for me???
